Hunt Conference
The National Society of Black Engineers is proud to present the 9th annual The HUNT 2024. The HUNT is a career-development event focused on equipping students with the skills and resources to succeed beyond their learning environment through the incorporation of three main areas. Activities include:
Resume critiques with professionals
in various industries to get tips on how to stand out.
Mock Interviews
to help the student improve their interviewing skills in similar environments to actual interviews.
Networking opportunities with professionals and representatives
of multiple companies brings students a step closer to getting their desired jobs.
The presence of companies is a key component that has made this event immensely successful throughout the past nine years. One of our main goals through this event is to provide students with access to opportunities and that each company present hires at least one student from the HUNT.

Lead Up to the Hunt
In addition, companies can partner with NSBE-Mac to run “Lead Up To The Hunt” events from September to January. Companies can use their session times to showcase themselves to students. Topics that are most discussed include:
Company culture, vision, and history
Recruitment process, dates, and requirements
Advice to students on getting through the recruitment process
